Hi David, thanks for your comments and glad to hear you are moving forward, as if there is some other direction in life! Though I am unfamiliar with EFT, I think anything to naturally release stress and anxiety (meaning not drugs, booze, etc / but yes to meditation and dancing), to open your heart and to surrender to what the universe offers, will help. Another practice I use is to (literally) get grounded: go outside and lay on the ground. Be supported by the earth that demands nothing except letting go. Five-ten minutes a day does wonders. Carry on...

Great article! I think that learning to adapt, being prodded into finding new ways of working to get a lot of life experience early and being forced out of our comfort zones with lots of support is something that many people need... As for me, on getting an opportunity to do business development for a startup company I was able to start knocking down some of my walls... Another thing that helped was learning tools to erase some of my fears and anxieties, like EFT (emotional freedom technique).
- Thanks again for your inspiration.

Hello Michael...a cool idea...we did this quite a while ago as a one time piece for a particular accounting firm, so can't go back and tweak...but will keep it in mind for future conundrums...Robert

I never get tired of this idea. Have you tried making one of the dots a different colour? Drives people crazy trying to find it! I did the same thing with a poster here:

This is such a beautiful reminder for those of us who may occasionally suffer over our own mediocrity: as long as we are being true to ourselves, we are doing what we are meant to do. Thank you for sharing a bit of Sarah's light with those of us who did not know her.

My heart goes out to you, Robert. Her sentiment is so beautiful: “Did I leave them with enough of me to fill them when I am gone”.

I like to read your blog a couple times a week for new entries. I was wondering if you have any other niches you write about? You’re a very good writer!

Hello...if you are referring to my Word Press page, it is just their standard format. If you mean my www.RobertFishbone.com web site, a tech friend coded the whole thing, so no real template. However, that said, we are currently revising the web site so the whole thing will be based on a blog, allowing me to easily manage the content.
